A lot of people are less likely more familiar with the benefit of saying, great, would you like to meet tomorrow at 10 a.m. It gives limitation because limitation actually opens them up to seeing, oh, what would work Wednesday? So that's really step one, just that alone. The other thing I do suggest in that email, if possible, is to always have a reminder, a statement about the power of your call and why they're getting on it.
