The SDE of a Business
The SBA's praise came back at about $135,000. So they kind of helped me get more comfortable with my assessment that the business was undervalued. And so coming into it, there was equity in the business, at least from their perspective, from day one because of the selling price. The seller does not see that. We did talk about it after the fact. He said, I left some money on the table, I guess.
