Karma was one of a bunch of startups that launched around the gifting space back in the early 2010s. karma ended up getting acquired by Facebook for like seventy five million dollars which arguably is probably a bad decision by Facebook okay so this one on for a while right you kind of hung out in this trough of sorrow if we want to call it that with lower attention but eventually you know you moved forward and you decided this sort of crazy idea to buy out your investors.
