Who Was the Best Prime Minister?

I think one of the most consequential Prime Ministers was Mrs Gandhi. She shaped India's, well, India progressed to a great extent. We had, obviously, Mr. Bhivinarthimarau. And after Mr. Manmohan Singh, it has been Mr. Modi. So I'm not sure who has been the best thus far. Apart from the others, they all had certain strengths. They all had certain weaknesses. All did something good for the nation. Some did more good than the others; some did more bad than the others. It is too early for us to say anything about Mr Narendra Modi.
