Craig Anderson was hit by a car and left for dead in Jackson's Metro Inn parking lot. His attackers were heard hurling racial abuse at the victim. Police caught up with the driver of the Ford truck, 19-year-old Darryl Deadman. All three teens acted like they had no idea why the police had pulled them over. Craig immediately embraced the role of a devoted father. He loved spoiling their adopted son with chocolates and toys.
