Tommy Berry: Many lawmakers in Congress are more than happy to draw what appears to them to be a very clear line between news media and some yokel on Facebook or a guy who has a blog. He says the key is it needs to be on a case-by-case basis whether information really does pose a threat. Berry: In my view, it's passed due for a general privacy, online privacy bill that focuses on distinct and proven threats.
