We think everybody else is ok, and nobody's ok you. We've got to start giving people space to be human. And in that humanity, it's actually the greatest point of connection. The way we get intimacy is not fancy dinner parties but broken, messy conversations about what's on.

One of the biggest lessons I have learned over the last few years is that you can’t design a life that really matters without a community of people who support each other. Yet too often, we try to go it alone.
