Dick prenoky built a tiny, impeccably crafted log cabin by hand. He lived there alone for the next 30 years and became a kind of living legend. After his death, the national park service wanted to preserve the cabin. Enter monroe robinson, a master craftsman famous in wood working circles. Monroe took on the task of repairing dick prenik's cabin - then he decided to go a step further. Over the course of 19 summers, he painstakingly reproduced every single thing in it, down to the petina on dick's axe.
