How Can I Become a Better Teacher?
When we're constantly just telling people what to do, when we don't engage them in this learning process, doesn't necessarily mean they are going to put forth the effort to execute that. And so i think it's worth trying to spend some time in the off season to discover how can i become a better teacher. We started from a little bit of a different place, and that is we co just assume that they didn't know anything. That assumption forced us to teach and figure out the best way to teach to build in our offence and to incorporate some of our cultural values.
