There's a lot of leeway that the district attorney could move toward as she meets with the grand jury but we're looking at kind of a few different categories. Number one could she charge him with that big kind of all-encompassing Rico charge which is kind of conspiracy of a bunch of folks to commit a crime together. The lies and misinformation about the election workers could trump or any of his allied allies be charged with harassment or or something of that nature related to the abusive election workers face. Could they be charged with something that has to deal with spreading lies and misinformation during those legislative hearings?
