How to Meditate
Meditation can be done in any position, so do what works best for you. For this first moment of meditation, simply follow your own natural breath at whatever pace works for you. And as you do that, for this first moment or so, you'll find that your body and your mind begin to settle. So let's begin with a body scan. Just scanning your body slowly from head to toe. Long moment just to pause on each area, noticing any physical sensations there,. Any points of tension. Generally noticing how you're feeling.
