Is There a Perfect Size of the Company?
I track my happiness as a KPI that I would track alongside my profit margins. To me, having peace, spaciousness, happiness, joy is just as important as those profit margin numbers. The goal is we're builders. We want to build things. What's the perfect size of the agency to enable us to do both? So it's really coming to terms with what that setup is. If you don't feel good and you feel stressed and you've got no time for the doing things you actually love, what's the point of all of it? It sometimes takes being on one end of the spectrum to even know what that that's what you want.
