The Shifting and Waking of the Identity of the Servant
In Isaiah 42, God promises to lead the people back to the land of Israel. But after that ellipses in the third line, God says, I'll lead the blind by a way they don't know. This is just metaphor for bringing the people home from Babylon. And so here we we've got the servant of the Lord language pretty explicitly being attributed to the currently blind collective who need to be led homeby paths they've never known.
