The Importance of Process in Accountability
The accountability triangle is kind of a litmus test. Whenever you assign accountability, use this triangle to ensure that there is a complete picture for that particular accountability point. Process is the most likely of the three parts of the triangle to change because one process may not necessarily be yielding the results that you care about in the proof. Still a process is defined and agreed upon holding somebody accountable to something that does not have a process.
