There's no publicly released tooling that would be really useful to you other than public scanning. Unisat just being the only indexer for a while BRC 20. There definitely is a lot of these sat being taken out by mining pools now. I'm actually way more optimistic than I was an hour ago, like rare sat there and explode in a month which is really awesome.
