The Pushback on the Underbanked

There's been a lot of pushback on the, we term them the underbanked in the United States. New York City has gone and for laundromats specifically, they have mandated that all laundromats are required to take cash payments. So if we move to cashless, does that then open a door for central digital currencies? And also if we move towards cashlessness, what about the millions of people at the lower end of the income who they need to budget with cash or they don't have a bank account?"
