The State Builds Housing, Not Just Social Housing

In reality is now the people who get or getting up to work are getting up and waking up in homeless hostels. And i think that the change that's needed is we have to go that the state builds housing, not just social housing, but it does build a fordable housing for people to buy. We look like we deliver health like we give people health care, not on the basis of whether they can afford to buy it or not. People don't rock up.
