The Importance of Diversity and Inclusion in the Book Industry
I would love that list though of like cozy mysteries by all those other look cuz yeah yeah yeah I'm working on that. So then I guess what conclusions did you come to after all of this research and what do you hope these conclusions provoke in both the book industry and in your reader audiences? There is a logic that structures and reinforces racist, you know, the racism that kind of characterise every Anglophone field. And it's in every part of what what we do. Until these assumptions are examined and addressed diversity and inclusion efforts will publish that are still run by wide executives and wide editors. They won't really bring about the change that they want to make.
