How Deep Are You Partnering With Your Hiring Managers?
How else are you engaging with people that might be looking for work? Where do they commune? Who is their community? And how can you truly develop relationships with those folks. Do you train your hiring teams and folks that give interviews? Do you give best practices? Do you have an equitable process to insure that people have the same touch points along the way and the same shot, if you will? I think another big piece that i see, i being missed in that process is the interview teams. So much like i talked about earlier, creating that foundation of language and knowledge within the e d i space.
