Jury selection is set to begin in Delaware tomorrow. The $1.6 billion in potential damages are a very big deal to Fox because its entire profits for 2022 were about $1.5 billion. Tons of dirt on Fox News and embarrassing private correspondences come out in this case but it's all kind of obscured the legal standard here.
