The wormhole exploiter was taking a massive lever long position on wrap state ETH. The automation contract that is used is actually an upgradable proxy contract. OASIS became aware of the fact that they could essentially deploy this counter attack. And so these White Hats basically saw this massive transaction and they went, oh shit, this guy is using an automated, upgradeable contract. They're like, we can counter exploit them.
