A journeyman plumber lost his life after a terrible work site accident in 2019. OSHA did an investigation and discovered the company was responsible for 10 serious safety violations. The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health says that, between 2007 and 2012, fatalities and construction and maintenance work zones averaged 669 a year. Texas and Florida led the list.
