Larry Bird Is Psychic

Larry Bird had this weird psychic connection with Dennis Johnson where they would run like floppy right where he's in the middle of the paint and there's a couple of of stagger screens on either side. The defense are so afraid of Larry Bird popping out and hitting that catch and shoot mid range or whatever else that they just like forget that he can move two feet to the right and then get a layup pass. I'm pretty convinced that when Larry Bird's asked like who the best player he ever played with was and he says Dennis Johnson it's strictly because Dennis Johnson could read his mind. Watching Bird play defense and then watching magic in greatest peaks was very interesting to me. They were different defensively
