Is There a Conflict in Short Cuts?

I've just kind of accepted that they're part of life. Every time i open a short cut, it's going to give me a conflict. It doesn't even make sense why the conflict is. Ye, always pick the top one. The same thing is not only a touch target being off, but also just the land target being off. And you so you have to pay to where the gap is, even though your morse isn't there. We understand and we cannot figure it out how to get around that. But, for people trying to get used to this stuff, i mean, that is such a turn off, right? I mean, it really is.
