I think the differentiation you're trying to make potentially is in terms of like, pain perception potential. And it's actually different, i iet. Arguably, then that argument is like terry shivo marin, a person in a vegetative state isn't alive. What if someone's in a coma? Thay can't respond toto stimuli. But sperm and egg versus an actual fetus that has a heartbeat. I'm saying idon't think pain is relevant to the conversation of whether someone has rights. There are people who literally can't feel.
