Mark Robaj at HubSpot, he came up with a really unique idea. He took the sales reps that responsible for certain accounts and moved their desks like two by two. So now, if something was going wrong in an account, client success people could turn to the rep and say, hey, did you know that this person didn't show up for the orientation meeting? And the rep can pick up the phone right away. It's interesting because we're virtual, we don't have the ability to physically do it but we are building pods between the reps and the CSM so that they hold each other account.
