The life list is not just what do i want to accomplish over whatever time period it might be. It's a journey that each day you can go back to that letter or that vision that you've written and use that as a as a guiding principle for making appropriate decisions. The key is acknowledging all the things that you are now, so that you can advance.
There are certain times in your life when you go through major changes and begin to see the world in a different way. Today Matt and Garrett talk about these "threshold" moments and how to use them as an opportunity to go in a new direction. Garrett shares his own personal example of changing the trajectory of his life's journey before starting a family, and reflects on the value of journaling or writing a letter to yourself to make the most of this process.
