How to Rename Functions in a Hash Base?

You can trivially rename anything in your code base and it doesn't affect anything downstream. It's more than just like renaming individual definitions or what eve are. And you really re structure things like, for instance, the base library,. So im oing to move this under like a text name space. Omg, to move all these functions under an i o name space or whatever. Nobody notices. Nobody has to change any coat.
