i don't know if we'll go see a world where, like, million dollar homes will become like triple net leases. Most people buy ecause they want acustomed to them right? Not necessarily, cause they're so fascinated by having to own. Right now s could never get it appraised. Got to change tat and that's why i think buying on the inner net will be challenging at least in certain in the upper to your price points. Because quality has a lot to do with preference of that buyer group.
