Is Stretching Bad?

I'm undoubtedly a believer in stretching. I don't believe in the old school stretching before you're even warm enough and going right. The muscles have to be warmed up, loose supple, and you're able to use the effect of of a warmed up muscle to stretch it. If the muscle is not warmed up, you are doing little micro tares. And yo likelihood, yourself, the likelihood of those microtars in the muscle goes way up. So i think it's superimportant. You know, when you're time crunched, it's the thing you don't want to do, or you want to blow off, orr, what have you.
