Is There a Difference Between the United States and China?
The united states put together the system that they have and are surely working toward something like a social credit system, whereas china developed it later. I think that's so important, because i really think the main difference is that the united states did this earlier, when the technology was more primitive. And just because china might have a more advanced one right now, doesn't mean that these kind of technologies don't influence our behaviors everywhere around the world.
