The Belt and Road: Can Other Countries Reproduce China's Economic Growth?

I'm looking at China and I'm wondering, can these successes be reproduced in my own country? And that brings us a little bit to the Belt and Road. Just, you know, Chinese agronomists have been going abroad for decades. They're going abroad more now through the CIDCA and other organizations. Are those able to be used elsewhere? I think that's the big question the world is asking right now.
