Podcasting 1.0 - The Only Marketing Tool in Podcasting
When podcasting 1.0 started 18 years ago, we had to tell people to go to the website, find the orange RSS icon, right click, hit copy link and subscribe. The only marketing tool in podcast, in my humble opinion, is the podcasters themselves. This is a little, little different audience than no agenda. They're much less sophisticated. More women are more prone to not even use a podcast app. That's fact that stats, you have 40% click on the player on the website. And it's incredibly painful and beautiful at the same time.
