The Socialness of Responsive Web Design

Responsive web design doesn't mean anything unless you really are talking about how will it behave in the mobile account. So I can see responsive being quite good for various desktop screen sizes. Another thing that I've spotted this year is how frustrated I am with responsive websites from my mobile. They irritate me. Compared to sites that have dedicated mobile sites, or at least detects that it's a mobile device I'm visiting with. In some ways, I don't care if it's responsive or not.
