We do a lot of smaller routine type surgeries like circumcisions or bring down test goals that have not descended on their own. We take care of kids with urine tract infections especially if they're secondary to anatomic conditions like vasculo ureter reflux but I think one the areas that we do the most in terms of using technology is really what the M where the urine can't drain and as you see the swelling in the kidney the hydronephrosis.
