The Emotion of Blame Is a Mask for Fear
A blame is usually a mask for fear. I think it's really valuable, as a person who has blamed a time or two, to have that inside of, oh, i'm actually afraid of something right now. And again, it doesn't mean that there isn't a real blem. In yourself especially, but in others as well,. It can be it can lead to interesting, you know, it's not always super deep. Sometimes it's better than just staying at the blame level.
