How to Get the Right People to the Team at a Company

If you're applying for a technical role, there's probably at least someone somewhere that's going to be looking at your get repo if you want to get. Even if I didn't do a soft skills interview, which I do doing those for Databricks, I still take some time to really research that person just out of courtesy to them. It is the most important activity that you can do as either a software engineer, as a data scientist or an ML engineer - doesn't matter what you're doing in tech.
