The Importance of Pelvic Floor Strengthening
Those that are like things are a little loosey goosey down there. What can happen is usually it's after you've had a baby, but sometimes it could be even I've had individuals who have had some type of back injury or a pinched nerves. And so with those folks, we can do pelvic floor strengthening,. There's actually two different types of contractions you're supposed to do. You can do your tighten hold and work to hold that for a longer period of time and then relax. We also have to train our muscles to be able to tighten relax, tighten, relax. So basically they're like on off, on, on, very quickly.
