Prayer Is Not an Empty of the Mind

Prayer is a conversation with one whom we know loves us. It's not an emptying of the mind completely. We do meditate imaginatively on the events of our lord's life in risery. But then it's for god to pick up where our human nature leaves off. What we cannot do, he can do for us. And so when we place ourselves before the saviour in prayer, or any of the citizens of heaven, or any person of the blessed trinity, the blessed sacrament,.
