How to Increase Joint Range of Motion

The body loves variability. If you can't run in the same direction or lower body, you can’t run right. So that's one of the things that like I try to do as a therapist is I try to expand joint range of motion. The conjugate system is basically built through track appeal in Olympic weight literature into dynamo code beginning in 1972. It's kind of like an attractor state where you increase the repetition.
