The Third Category of Reinforcement Learning in Machine Learning

Robustness is an important part of trustworthiness I just recall I listened this morning last night to a podcast Robert did with a case snook professor in Amsterdam it was one of the many topics they're looking at. When we talk time series correct me if I'm wrong typically we would apply a supervised or unsupervised depending on what it is that we want to do now you mentioned the third category of reinforcement learning and that as far as I'm concerned as I know.
