The discount rate on all those very, very distant cash floes are being repriced. Where i'm impathetic is for the kind of retail investor that's been forced into the capital markets by rate suppression activity. So, you know, i have a sticker i keep on the back of my door, and i pull it out on days like to day, and it says, chaos creates opportunity. But in the equity market, i really believe you've got to have probably a five year time horizon rat money to work in te equity market in June 22.
