There are five main sections in the book of psalms, which is known as tehelim in the hebrew. The writers seem to have had a window into our souls and seem to have found a way to express how we feel about god,. what we worry about and how we find peace. Each of them end up with a short hymn or praise song that you can doxology for. In forty one, 72, 89, an one om then provides the concluding section on Psalm 50.
Have you ever felt forsaken by God? Dr. Shon Hopkin explores the structure and purpose of the Psalms, the effect of music in worship, and how the Psalms prepared the Lord and the disciples for difficult times.
