I think that customer obsession beats competitor obsession. If you focus on your customer and deliver great value, you have a lot of opportunities for success down the road. I do think that the do-marism is it's fair mongering though a lot of it. People are selling clickbait. It's not even here. AI was like an internment vented by researchers who received government funding. These are like from the 1960s. We're going to create artificial intelligence. And this is a thing that's always been promised.
