Huang worked for the Riattis, who are heavily invested in a bank called Bank Central Asia. He was also involved with some of the groups that were making donations through Huang to the DNC in the 92 election. "There's like a number of these kind of strange little front groups that Huang seems to have been kind of managing," he says.
