The fried cod we had, which is like a classic roman thing. I swear to god, it was like going to a top tempora in japan. The crust was was, ohow the fuc did they make this crust? It wasn't even temperat but it had a light, beautiful feel. And what i love about that, and the ephemeral nature of that, is i could go there again and maybe not get that meal.
