After a break up, it's so important o enjoy the times that you're feeling good. Don't think like, when is the other's shoe going to drop? Really just savour and enjoy the good times,. And then remember that the bad times are going to pass, and that's ok too. It's all part of the healing process. Good things will come to an end and sad times will coming to an end. So try to stay present as much as possible and cond o roll at the punches of your emotions.
