i think we're all engaged in practices that are above a hundred percent necessary. If you can dedlift 500 pounds, you're probably strong enough to do almost everything,. except win a delifting competition or a palift ing competition. So now i think the idea is, now what we need to be doing is working towards economy and refinement of everything we're doing.
