Customized Contract Management Systems?
Do not try to get anything beneath customization. That requires a ton of tech resources and after it's live, ongoing tech resources much more than whatever you can get off the shelf. You don't need a CLM system for a customized workflow. I would use Power Apps in Office 365. Very few companies or legal departments are sophisticated enough to handle a customized solution in the long run.
