The Importance of a Shared Team in a Company
I think that a lot can be done with the shared team to advance assets as opposed to sort of building up in the kind of a big company around each asset. I always like to see a company that's got you know two people in finance one person of BD and three people and admin and then you know 50 people in R&D and you don't see that many of those types of companies. The fact that some are able to pull it out tells you that it is possible to have a very thin top layer in a company in a very heavy research and development layer.
